2004年4月から全12回に放送。独立UHF5局およびAT-Xで放送され、放送日も局により異なる。第一作の続編ではなく、原作に基づき改めて作り直されている別作品だが、第一作で使った原作のエピソードはほとんど重なっていない。副題の“LaVérité”とはフランス語で“真実”の意味。原作の16話までをメインにし、主に6巻までのエピソードを織り交ぜて制作されているが、太郎が普通の中学校に通学している設定が切られているため、1作目と異なりコノヱが1話から登場している。フランス語吹替え版も製作されており、仏語タイトルは"MonsieurestServi!LaVérité"（真・ご主人様が出来上がりました！）。ロゴのSにはメイド風ヘッドドレスが付いている。
